Soil Testing or World Soil Health Day.

today on 05-12-2016 we are celebrating World Soil Health Day.
in this farmers are being encouraged to soil testing before the sowing of their crop.
Soil testing is very important in cultivation of the crop. The most of farmers grow their crop without soil testing. The nutrients which are necessary for the growth of plant or crop are absorbed by the plant at a particular PH value. some nutrient are absorbed below 7 PH value and some nutrient are absorbed above 7 PH value. so for proper nutrition of the crop, farmer should know the Ph value of the soil.
in soil testing what is tested
PH value of soil
Organic matter of soil
primary nutrients
secondary nutrients
and Micro nutrients
If a farmer cultivate the crop without soil testing, he is not able to understand that the crop is not growing well due to either the disease or deficiency of nutrient.
By the soil testing farmer can know easily how much amount and which fertilizer should be given to the crop.
When soil testing is done the scientist give recommendation of
fertilizer crop wise.
so the farmer can use right amount of fertilizer and farmer can save the money and soil.
by the use of recommended dose of fertilizer the farmer can get optimal yield of crop at low cost.

Organic Farming. Cultivation of Crop with Organic fertilizer and Organic Pesticides

What is Organic Farming-
Cultivation of agriculture crop by the use of organic product like manure/fertilizer and Pesticides produced from different kind of plant and animal product.
in this the Farmer use fertilizer and Pesticides which are produced from the plant and animal produce.
in this the farmer never use chemical product.
Why Organic Farming-
By use of chemical in the agriculture the quality of the cereals and pulses and oily produces is reducing and many diseases are spreading in the human. The cost of production is also increasing due the use of chemical. The quality of soil is also deteriorating day by day. The water holding capacity of land is also decreasing,
How a farmer can do organic farming-
By the use of organic manure/fertilizer- Nadep tanka khad, gobargas khad, vermicompost, green manuring, and there are many animal produce  like cow/buffalow dung, urine, plant part. in case of organic pesticides - the leaves of many plant can be used to make organic pesticides and the chilly and garlic  can be used to produce organic pesticides.
Requirement for Organic Farming-
animal
plant residue
waste plant which grow in the forest and waste land.
and their are many man made items like gobargas, nadep tanka,
How  much time it will take to give result-
Organic farming is a time consuming process it will take a long time, but from the three years is will give a better result. so farmer will have to keep patience. If farmer make a organic system in soil without any break, the land give him a very strong result and a farmer keep continue by the time the cost of production will be reduced upto bottom.
What is effect on yield-
When we start organic farming initially the yield of crop reduced for three years. but when the farmer keep continue for a long time the yield will increase and it will go upto the level which he never get earlier.
Note- In beginning the loss in yield will not affect the income of farmer because the input use in cultivation will be home made he no need to purchase from the market, because he is using all the input which are being made at home. so the cost of input will be very low.

Is it a business ?
of course yes, because the produce of the organic farming has high quality, it is chemical free, so there is huge demand in the market and can be sold at higher rate. he can sell it in local market and can export of it.
Organic Certification-  The organic farming can be certified by the state organic certification agency in the home state.
if a farmer do  not want to register his produce , it is own his will. there are many company which purchase organic produce from the farmer directly, the farmer should develop a genuine believe that he is producing organic produce.
because the every organic produce which is certified or not is tested for chemical element , in this test if the product is pass then companies will purchase their produce.
What is cost of production  of organic farming-
The cost of production of the organic farming is always low in comparison of chemical farming. and the benefit of organic farming is very high to society or to a nation.

KISAN CREDIT CARDS. GET MONEY FOR AGRICULTURE.

KISAN CREDIT CARDS. GET MONEY FOR AGRICULTURE OR PRODUCTION OF CROPS.
The most important problem in cultivation of crop production and cultivation of crop is the money. Now a days the cost of input (seed, pesticides, fertilizer and farm machinery) in agriculture is increasing day by day. So the cost of cultivation is increasing as per proportion of these. Cultivation can not be done without the high quality inputs. If a farmer goes to money Lender to debt or to take money, he will have to pay higher rate of interest. Everyday we listen or read that the farmer are doing suicide due to heavy loan. They are not able to pay their loan, because the most of the time the climate does not support and some time the rate of their  production is very low. sometime they are not able to get the money which they expend on the cultivation of crop.
So what is the solution, how they can reduce the cost of cultivation or they may get the money for their cultivation at low rate of interest so that they can earn something respectable amount and live a better life. So that the marginal or small farmer can come in common stream live and can live a respected life in the society.
The solution is "KISAN CREDIT CARD".
Now a day the bank are providing loan as kisan credit card for every crop season of six month. Because the most of crop grown by farmer is six month duration. in the Kisan Credit Card the bank provide loan to the farmer for growing their crops. The Bank provide money for the farmer before the commencement of crop growing season. By this money the Farmer can purchase the agriculture inputs and grow their crops.
in this the bank lend money to farmer at low rate of interest.
The nationalizes Bank provide loan to the Farmer at the rate of interest @ 4% and the district cooperative bank lend money to farmer at @ 0% rate of interest. means the farmer who have transition with the cooperative society can get money at 0% of rate of interest.
Actually the rate of interest is 7% but the nationalized bank get 3% money from the government so they provide the credit to farmer at the rate of 4%.
and in society the rate of interest at the loan is 0% because the cooperative society are governed by state government so their loan is interest free. But the society provide 70% cash and 30% of loan amount as agriculture inputs. For example if a cooperative bank sanction credit card limit one Lac , in this the the 70000 Rs are given to farmer as cash and  remaining amount of 30000 Rs. the input are given to the farmer. now the farmer grow their crop and after six month the farmers have to pay their loan without interest.
in case of Nationalized Bank they provide full amount of loan as cash. so after six month the farmer will have to pay their loan with seven percent of rate of interest.
In some state like Madhyapradesh, The government in giving rebate  10% of the loan .means a farmer is taking loan 1 lac , he will have to return 90000 Rs. only.
to take the KISAN CREDIT CARD the farmer have to apply to bank or cooperative bank. Farmer will have to give document of his land, identity card, bank account number etc.
After the  sanction of  kisan credit card the bank check the repaying action of farmer that the farmer taking money from the bank and  paying it at given date. Then after 2-3 years the farmer increase  the limit of kisan credit card and lend more amount of money.
The limit of kisan credit card depends on the irrigated or non irrigated land, acreage of land, type of the crops, etc,
if the land is irrigated and farmer is growing commercial crops then the farmer will be provided more money in comparison to normal Farmer.
Thanks.
