Now we are living in the era of internet and many farmers are now connected with internet or smart mobile. Its true that very a few farmer are connected with internet. But there is no worry about that  because the most of the staff, employees and officers of agriculture department/institutes are using the internet, so if they are well equipped with the new and innovative agriculture information, they will definitely disseminate this information up to the village or at the threshold of the farmer.  Both the farmer and the staff of agriculture department must be well rich with agriculrure information. so that the farmer can get timely and authentic information  and using this information in his cultivation of crop, definitely the farmer will get benefits and this will improve the social condition of the farmer.

There are some problems  but as we know that the "DIGITAL INDIA PROGRAM" in India is running by the effort of our Respected Prime Minister ji. So the internet based information will reach up to the farmer  very soon. Now the government is planning that the most of the agriculture information will be at computer under the Digital India Program so that farmer can get information timely.

So the government is preparing FARMER PORTAL &  MOBILE APP, so that farmers can get agriculture information easily and at one place.

1.   Cultivation of crops- cereals, pulses, oil, vegetable, fruit, flower, aromatic, medicinal crops etc.

2.   Weather information

3.   List of the local dealer or dealer of other places of seed pesticides, fertilizer and machinery.

4.   Crop protection- control of     diseases, insect, weed etc.

5.   Farmer can sell or buy the agriculture crop or other material related to agriculture.

6.   Farmer can send photo of their diseased or insect infected crop so that he can get solution to control these.

7.   Farmer can get advice related to their crop.

8.   Farmer can get update related to their crops.

9.    And he can get so too much information related to his crops.

in this government will provide entire information about  the agriculture at one stop or one place.
